Our Story
Why TAC exists
Micah Wissman founded the Technology Adoption Center in 2020 after nearly 30 years of watching the same story play out across industries: a company invests in powerful technology, the implementation goes reasonably well, and then — six months later — the tool is barely used.
The problem was never the software. As applications improved and integrations became smoother, the gap persisted — because users were getting left behind. Implementation teams focused on configuration, not comprehension.
TAC was built to solve that problem. By centering every engagement on user adoption — from the first planning conversation to post-launch advocacy — we help businesses actually realize the ROI they were promised.
